SPORTS PHYSICALS

DATE: SATURDAY MAY 22ND, 2010

WHERE: SPARTANBURG HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT

TIME: BOYS 8AM - 11 AM GIRLS 1PM- 3 PM

COST: $10.00 CASH ONLY

WHO: RISING; FRESHMAN, SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS, SENIORS
Athletes must wear shoes, sandals or tennis shoes with no socks and t-shirt.
All athletes must have a physical form with parent permission signed before getting a physical.
Blank forms are available in your school office, the SHS athletic office, or by clicking the Sports Physcial pdf link above.
If you do not get a physical on this date you will be responsible for getting your own physical.
If you need eyeglasses or contacts to read, please bring them so you will be able to pass the eye exam.
