Dear Senior Parents:
As a part of the graduation celebration for our seniors, we will produce a video of their years at Spartanburg High. This video will be shown throughout the "after graduation party" held from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM at the Shrine Club.

We desire to have every graduate included in the video and in order to do this we need your help!!
PLEASE SEND:

• A recent photo of your child (school pictures are acceptable, but candid is best) AND
• A toddler or elementary school age photo of your child (again, candid is best) AND
• Any group shots taken of school sponsored events

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Submit your photos by Friday, April 30, 2010
• Snapshots may be black/white or color. They may be 5x7 or smaller
• Write your child's name on the back of each photo and place in an envelope.
• Bring your photos to the Main Office and drop them in a box marked Senior Party photos.
• All photos submitted will be returned in an envelope with your child's name on it and may be picked up at graduation rehearsal at the Wofford College gym; leftovers will be taken to the Shrine Club for last chance to pick up.

If you would like to buy a copy of the DVD, send $15 in the envelope with your pictures made out to SHS. Your DVD can be picked up at graduation rehearsal or at the Shrine Club.

Thank you for taking the time to select and mail your child's photographs so that your graduate can be a part of the video. It is always a highlight of the party and everyone enjoys seeing themselves on the big screen!
